FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL FILING REQUIREMENTS:

96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG

48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel
arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.

24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to
Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels
or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance
notice to Pilots

24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by
Terminal.

72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading
figures for all bulk cargo.

Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property
must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access
to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

Synopsis...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE WATERS LATE THIS
MORNING...WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE TO THEN PREVAIL INTO SATURDAY NIGHT. A
SERIES OF WEAK COLD FRONTS WILL CROSS THE REGION OVER THE WEEKEND...WITH
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN FROM THE WEST EARLY NEXT WEEK.
Today...SW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt...becoming W 20 to 25 kt
this afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Showers likely early this morning...then a
chance of showers late this morning. A slight chance of showers early this
afternoon.

Tonight...W winds 10 to 15 kt...becoming NW 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas
3 to 4 ft...subsiding to 2 to 3 ft after midnight.

Sat...NW winds 5 kt...becoming W in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft.

Sat Night...W winds 5 to 10 kt...becoming N 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft.

Sun...N winds 15 to 20 kt...diminishing to 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon.
