or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance
notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by
Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading
figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM
PHILIPPE...LOCATED ABOUT 545 MILES WEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
1. A LARGE AREA OF DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CENTERED A FEW
HUNDRED MILES EAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
REMNANTS OF OPHELIA. ANY DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW
TO OCCUR DUE TO STRONG UPPER-LEVEL WINDS. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...20
PERCENT...OF REGENERATING INTO A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS
