FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL FILING REQUIREMENTS:

96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG

48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel
arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.

24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to
Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels
or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. All vessels must sumbit
USCG's H1N1 Flu checklist.

24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots

24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by
Terminal.

72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading
figures for all bulk cargo.

Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property
must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access
to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR GRADUAL DEVELOPMENT OF
THIS SYSTEM DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT DRIFTS NORTHWARD.
THERE IS A MEDIUM CHANCE...30 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

THROUGH THE DAY. A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO THE AREA FROM THE W
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THEN STALL ACROSS THE NEARBY ATLC WATERS BY
TUE. THE REMNANTS OF THE FRONT WILL SHIFT BACK CLOSER TO THE AREA WED INTO
EARLY THU...BEFORE PUSHING A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY INTO THE ATLC FRI THROUGH SUN.
Today...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 6 ft. Showers and tstms likely. Some
tstms may be severe with damaging winds... Tornadoes and frequent
lightning. Locally heavy rainfall possible.

Tonight...S winds 20 to 25 kt...becoming SW after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
Showers and tstms. Some tstms may be severe with damaging winds...
