24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

The Carnival Fantasy arrives for a turnaround call tomorrow, Friday, June 11. Passengers will debark in the morning beginning at 6 am and another group of visitors will arrive and sail later in the day. From about 11 am until the embarkation process is completed, a small portion of Concord Street will be closed from north of Market Street to the intersection south of Hasell Street on Washington Street. During the embarkation, for access to and from areas just north of Union Pier Terminal, drivers are encouraged to use Calhoun and Laurens streets. Early luggage drop-off for the Fantasy's sailing begins at 9 am. For detailed passenger information, including instructions and guidelines, click here.
