72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

MARINERS ARE URGED TO KEEP ABREAST OF THE LATEST FORECASTS CONCERNING THIS SYSTEM AS ITS EXACT STRENGTH AND TRACK REMAIN UNCERTAIN. Today...NE winds 5 to 10 kt...becoming E 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt this afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Showers and tstms likely. Locally heavy rainfall possible with vsbys less than 1 nm.
Tonight...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft...building to 4 to 6 ft late. Showers and tstms likely in the evening...then a chance of showers and tstms after midnight.
Tue...NE winds 15 to 20 kt...increasing to 20 to 25 kt in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft...building to 5 to 8 ft. A chance of showers and tstms.
