Otherwise, Hurricane Fiona was centered S of the  area near 28.6N 70.2W at 11 AM EDT this morning and was moving  north-northeast at 13 kt. Fiona is expected to move to near 30.7N  68.8W by 8 PM EDT this evening, to near 34.6N 65.2W by 8 AM EDT  Fri, to near 40.6N 61.8W by 8 PM EDT Fri, and to near 45.5N 61.2W  by 8 AM EDT Sat.
