72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

Tonight...SW winds 20 to 25 kt...becoming west 15 kt late. Seas 4 to 6 ft. A chance of tstms. A chance of showers in the evening...then showers and tstms likely after midnight.
Fri...W winds 15 to 20 kt...becoming NW 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 5 ft...subsiding to 3 to 4 ft. Showers likely with a chance of tstms in the morning.
