<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">NOAA has established a new Voluntary Right Whale Speed Restriction Zone or Dynamic Management Area (DMA) off Outer Banks, NC (see map below and attached) to protect an aggregation
of right whales. The DMA is in effect through January 10, 2022.
