24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. All vessels must sumbit USCG's H1N1 Flu checklist.

24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

Cruise Notice The Celebrity Mercury will return on Monday, March 29, 2010 for a "turnaround" call -- guests that departed on the Mercury's March 21 sailing will return early that morning, and guests will board the ship later that day to sail on the next cruise. From about 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., a small portion of Concord Street will be closed from just north of North Market Street, north to the intersection just south of Hasell Street on Washington Street. For access to and from areas north of Union Pier Terminal, such as the Aquarium, Fountainwalk and Gadsden Wharf residential units, drivers may use Laurens, Calhoun and Charlotte streets. The Mercury is scheduled to sail from Charleston around 5 p.m. on Monday. She will return on Friday, April 9 to disembark these passengers and board guests for the next embarkation. Today...SW winds 15 to 20 kt...becoming NW 10 to 15 kt this morning...then becoming W 15 to 20 kt this afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft...subsiding to 3 to 5 ft this afternoon. Showers early...then scattered showers with isolated tstms this afternoon.
