For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">1. A non-tropical low pressure area located just off the North <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Carolina coast continues to produce some disorganized showers and <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">thunderstorms.  Although this system is not expected to become a <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">tropical or subtropical cyclone, locally heavy rainfall and gusty <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">winds are still possible over portions of the North Carolina Outer <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Banks today and information on these hazards can be found in <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">thunderstorms.  Some slow development is possible during the next <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">day or two while the system moves west-northwestward at about 15 mph <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">toward the Lesser Antilles.  After that time, strong upper-level <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">winds are expected to limit further development.  Regardless of <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">development, the system could produce locally heavy rainfall and <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">gusty winds across portions of the central and northern Lesser <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Antilles on Tuesday, and across the Virgin Islands and Leeward <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

Islands on Wednesday.<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">over the next day or so, but environmental conditions could become a <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">little more conducive for some gradual development of the system <span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">
