Tropical Storm Zeta will become a post-tropical cyclone later today into tonight while moving NE off the Delmarva Peninsula then along the stalled front N of the area. Zeta will then move well NE of the waters late tonight and Fri. See the latest National Hurricane Center advisory on Zeta. Another developing low will move E across the northern waters Fri into Fri night while pulling a strong cold front SE across the waters.
