<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">At Moran Shipping Agencies, our highest priority is the overall well-being of both our employees and industry partners. While the COVID-19 outbreak has required us to enact strong measures to minimize the potential spread of the virus in our communities, we continue to take pride in fulfilling our duties and responsibilities as facilitators of Global Maritime Commerce during these challenging events.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">All Moran offices remain open at this time, but will operate with reduced on-site staff for the foreseeable future. Our staff has been in constant communication with U.S. Coast Guard, CBP and other Department of Homeland Security officials (as well as CDC), so that we can make informed and proactive decisions about how to best respond to rapidly evolving regulations. To that effect, please note the following actions we have implemented for the protection of our employees, vessel crewmembers, terminal staff, and all others:

Requiring that employees report any illness, symptom, or potential exposure to COVID-19.All company sponsored international travel has been suspended. Domestic travel is permitted only with approval of the CEO.<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Anyone arriving home to the U.S. from another country will be asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.
