<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">The Coast Guard has established a temporary safety zone on the waters of the Cape

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">Fear River, Wilmington, North Carolina. The safety zone is necessary to provide for the

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">safety of mariners on navigable waters near a sunken vessel while it is recovered. Entry

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">Captain of the Port Sector North Carolina.

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">December 9, 2019 unless the sunken vessel is recovered earlier, in which case the

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">safety zone will be cancelled. The safety zone covers all navigable waters within a 1

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">mile section of the Cape Fear River between berth 1 (latitude 34° 12’ 28” N, longitude

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"CIDFont+F1",serif;color:#333333">077° 57’ 20” W) and berth 7 (latitude 34° 11’ 38” N, longitude 077° 57’ 20” W) of the
