All marine interests should  closely monitor the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane  Center for further information. Otherwise, a weak cold front over  the southern waters should dissipate today. High pressure will  build east across the region today and tonight, persist across  the central waters Thursday into Saturday night, then weaken  Sunday. Another cold front will move southeast over the northern  and central waters Thursday night, stall over the central waters  Friday and Friday night, then dissipate Saturday. Another area  of high pressure will build over the northern waters Friday and  Friday night, then shift east of the region Saturday and  Saturday night. A third cold front will move southeast over the  northern and central waters Sunday and Sunday night as high  pressure builds southeast over the north portion.    $$
