Buckeye ( formerly Hess ) - Max draft – 34’06’’ - MLW -  Max LOA 750’ Max DWT 70,000 MT UP to 2 x 10 INCH HOSES – AS OF 2/15/18. Depth is reduced 6’’ each month until the berth is dredged in June.
Delfin - Max Draft - 38'00 Max LOA 690'
ODJFELL Terminal - Max Draft – 40’  Max LOA 700' - 1 x 8 inch HOSE 1 x 6 inch VAPOR HOSE - Odfjell Charleston - NEW Depth – 42’00.

Kinder Morgan - berth 1 – 40’00 - all vessel arrivals require tide

Kinder Morgan - berth 4 - Max draft 40'00, tide needed for anything deeper than 38'00 UP TO 2 x 8 INCH HOSES// Please be advised that the north and south finger piers located at Kinder Morgan Dock #4, sustained damage during Hurricane Matthew.  (UPDATED 11/9) the terminal manager advised that berth #4 is operational but the finger piers have not been repaired and can only be accessed by the mooring boat. The mooring dolphins are fine.

96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS.  Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard.  24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
 
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA.  All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

CURRENT EVENTS:  11/05-18 ; MSIB 52-18 NAVAL PROTECTION ZONE - WHARF ALPHA - NORTH CHARLESTON SC -Summary:   NAVAL PROTECTION ZONE HAZARDOUS CONDITION-EXPLOSIVE OPERATIONS  AT JOINT BASE CHARLESTON WHARF ALPHA
​Joint Base Charleston will be conducting explosive operations at Wharf Alpha on the Cooper River above Goose Creek beginning November 5, 2018 through November 18, 2018. Mariners are advised that a Naval Vessel Protection Zone exists around all U.S. Naval Vessels greater than 100 feet in length at all times in the navigable waters of the United States. Mariners are urged to use caution while transiting the area.      This MSIB can be viewed at https://homeport.uscg.mil/port-directory/charleston. MARINE FORECAST:  936 AM EST Thu Nov 8 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A front will remain nearly  stationary over the south and central waters today into tonight.  High pressure will build E across the northern waters today into  tonight, then shift NE later tonight and Fri as the front  returns N as a warm front. Low pressure will develop near the  Delmarva coast Fri, and track N and NE along the New Jersey and  New England coasts Fri night into Sat. A trailing strong cold  front will move E off the coast Fri night and Sat, and pass SE of  the waters Sat night. High pressure will slowly build E across  the area Sun and Sun night...then shift E of the area Mon.  Another low will develop along the SE coast Monday night then  track NE while pulling a warm front N across the central waters.    $$
