Joint Base Charleston will be conducting explosive operations at Wharf Alpha on the Cooper River above Goose Creek beginning November 5, 2018 through November 18, 2018.
Mariners are advised that a Naval Vessel Protection Zone exists around all U.S. Naval Vessels greater than 100 feet in length at all times in the navigable waters of the United States. Mariners are urged to use caution while transiting the area.
