rapidly northeast today from off of the southern New England coast, clearing east of the area to near 43.8N 55.5W by 2 AM EDT Saturday. The system then continues moving well northeast and away from the waters later tonight into Saturday. Otherwise, a cold
front will follow post-tropical cyclone Michael east of the area today. A secondary cold front will form across the central portions Friday night, then clear east of the area Saturday. High pressure will build east across the waters later Saturday and Saturday
night, persist into Sunday, then shift east of the area Monday and Monday night. The high will maintain a ridge across the southern portions Monday night through Tuesday night. A cold front will move into the northern waters Monday night, then stall across
the central portions Tuesday and Tuesday night. Low pressure will develop along the stalled front across the central waters Tuesday night. $$
