FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL FILING REQUIREMENTS:

96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS.  Bond must be filed for foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard.  24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call; the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.


Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from GPA.  All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

Synopsis: AMZ300-090415- 1206 PM EDT Mon Oct 8 2018 .Synopsis for the coastal waters of south coastal South Carolina and north coastal Georgia... Hurricane Michael will move north across the Gulf of Mexico early this week, making landfall as hurricane along the Florida Panhandle Wednesday. Michael will weaken to a Tropical Storm as it moves across the Southeast U.S. Wednesday into Thursday. Refer to the latest advisory on Hurricane Michael issued by the National Hurricane Center. $$
