<span-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue";color:#333333">The Captain of the Port (COTP) North Carolina has set Port Condition Recovery for the Port of Wilmington. All self-propelled oceangoing
vessels over 500GT, all oceangoing barges and their supporting tugs, and all tank barges over 200GT operating on the Cape Fear River must comply with the following conditions:

<span-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue";color:#333333">1. Vessels are restricted to daylight only operations;
<span-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue";color:#333333">
<span-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue";color:#333333">2. Vessels are prohibited from operating north of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge; and

<span-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue";color:#333333">All mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution when transiting due to possible shoaling, debris, and aids to navigation that may
be off station or unreliable.
