Effective immediately and until further notice, the following restrictions apply when berthing at Buckeye’s Jacksonville Florida Terminal:<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">

All vessels shall be docked on slack water only.  <span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">All ships and barges greater than 300’ LOA shall have a third assist tug for docking to prevent any lateral movement on the West Breasting Dolphin.  Invoices for the third assist tug only should be addressed to Buckeye Jacksonville Terminal and forwarded to amirandi@buckeye.com for processing. <span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">All berthing activities must be limited to contact and vessel energy dissipation onto the down-river East Breasting Dolphin.  Port side to docking is recommended but is at the vessel’s discretion.<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">After berthing energy has been dissipated into the Eastern Breasting Dolphin, the vessel can then be rested upon the West Breasting Dolphin for mooring.
