Please note the following current restrictions for the Southeast:
CONDITION ZULU – KEY WEST; MIAMI, PORT EVERGLADES, PALM BEACH; PORT CANAVERAL ; TAMPA/PORT MANATEE; JACKSONVILLE (09/2000) ZULU – PORT IS CLOSED TO ALL VESSEL TRAFFIC
CONDITION YANKEE: ; SAVANNAH, GA (ZULU EXPECTED AT MIDNIGHT) YANKEE – TROPICAL STORM WINDS EXPECTED WITHIN 24 HOURS – NO INCOMING VESSELS ALLOWED – ALL VESSELS IN PORT MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DEPART AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
CONDITIONS X-RAY –; CHARLESTON, SC; X-RAY – TROPICAL STORM WINDS EXPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS. The ports remain open to all commercial traffic. Oceangoing vessels greater than 500 gross tons, including oceangoing tugs and barges greater than 500 gross tons, already in port or arriving during Hurricane Port Condition X-RAY shall continue with preparations and safely depart the port before the setting of Hurricane Port. Any vessel conducting cargo operations should be prepared to depart within 24 hours.

The Storm Surge Warning has been extended from the Volusia/Brevard County Line northward to the South Santee River.
The Hurricane Watch west of the Aucilla River to Indian Pass has been upgraded to a Hurricane Warning, and the Tropical Storm Watch west of Indian Pass to the Okaloosa/Walton County Line has been upgraded to a Tropical Storm Warning.
A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued north of Fernandina Beach to South Santee River.
The government of Cuba has discontinued the watches and warnings for Holguin and Las Tunas provinces.
