<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">northeast of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Although shower and

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">yesterday, environmental conditions are forecast to become a little

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">more conducive for the low to acquire some tropical characteristics,

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">and a subtropical or tropical cyclone is likely to form within the

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">next couple of days.  The low is forecast to move northwestward
