<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph over the tropical Atlantic.

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">Locally heavy rains and gusty winds are likely to continue over

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">portions of the Cabo Verde Islands today.
