members and guests attended the meeting. The minutes are arranged according to the agenda.

Inner Harbor maintenance contract will be awarded in December and the FY-15 Savannah and Brunswick Entrance Channel maintenance contracts were awarded on November 13 and will start in mid-December in Savannah. Dike construction and erosion protection continues
at Jones Oysterbed Island and Disposal Area 14B dike construction is ongoing along with disposal area maintenance and Tybee Island shore protection.

on arriving vessels. Milton King reported that Savannah has not had a Regulated Garbage Incinerator since 2005 and most Regulated Garbage has to be shipped to Jacksonville for disposal. Milton is working on a small incinerator for the Hilton Head Airport and

meeting at the end of October. There have been no Right Whales struck by vessels in the SouthEast in almost two years. The major threat is with fishing gear entanglement in the North East. Four whales were found entangled last year and two died. The Team is
also concerned about the potential for Seismic Exploration for offshore petroleum and wind facilities to affect Right Whales. There has been no further information provided about the petition to remove speed restrictions in channels and pilot boarding areas.

made in Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field to save money. Ralph pointed out that Savannah has the best overall logistics of any port on the east coast and is the best place for Troops, equipment and resources. The maritime community should take steps to
