96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG

48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel
arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.

24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to
Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels
or U.S.
flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard.

24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots

24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by
Terminal.

72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading
figures for all bulk cargo.

Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property
must have security pass from SCPA.

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 225 MILES EAST OF THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS IS PRODUCING DISORGANIZED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY. ALTHOUGH UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT...HEAVY RAIN COULD
SPREAD ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS OVER THE NEXT DAY OR
SO AS THE SYSTEM MOVES WEST NEAR 10 MPH.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.

cloudy, with a high near 79. Southeast wind between 11 and 13 mph. Chance
of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half
of an inch possible.

Tonight: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before midnight, then
a chance of showers. Patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, mostly cloudy,
with a low around 68. East wind between 3 and 5 mph. Chance of
precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of
an inch possible.
