MARINE SAFETY INFORMATION BULLETIN UPDATE #1 - (MSIB 19-12) - Maintenance Dredging – Lower Charleston Harbor and Wando River, Charleston, SC On or about Thursday, May 10, 2012, Weeks Marine will begin dredging operations at various locations in the Lower Charleston Harbor and Wando River. Dredging will continue on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis until approximately September 30, 2012. Mariners should use caution while transiting in the vicinity of the dredging operations.
